Author with AI
Do everything in Authoring from your agent instead of the UI, using Skilder's MCP prompts.
Everything else in this section can also be done by talking to your agent: no browser, no forms.
The prompts
Your MCP client sees five Skilder prompts, shown as slash commands in a client that lists MCP prompts (/get-started and so on). Each is a starting instruction your agent follows, using the same manage tool this section's UI wraps.
| Prompt | Use it to |
|---|---|
/get-started | Get a first role built and run, or add another, guided by the Onboarding Concierge. |
/turn-this-into-a-skill | Turn a document, transcript or conversation open in your agent into one or more skills. |
/import-existing-skills | Bring in prompts, SOPs or rules files you already have, in bulk. |
/discover-workspace-content | See what roles, skills and tools the workspace already holds before you build something new. |
/do-this-task-with-skilder | Run a real task through the workspace's skills, and get a receipt of which ones did the work. |
What stays the same
Your agent creates and edits roles and skills with the same manage tool the skill editor and Studio use. A role or skill it creates is published immediately; editing one that is already published opens a draft, the same as Publish and version describes.
